Dougie Loynes
With over 40 years’ experience of security operations, Dougie brings a wealth of understanding to the procurement, implementation and management of security services contracts. A former Greater Manchester Police Officer, Dougie was the founder and Managing Director of UK Keyholding until its acquisition by a major security provider in 2007, subsequently joining the company as their National Account Manager for Manchester City Council, Manchester City Football Club and Peel Holdings, including MediaCityUK. Dougie`s inside knowledge of the Security Industry and commercial acumen gained through Managing Director and National Account budgetary responsibilities, coupled with an ability to design, implement and manage security operational models with clear objectives and deliverables, provides Clients with a robust, independent approach to security procurement and contract compliance management.
Phil Loynes
An experienced commercial lawyer with over 30 years service in the Royal Marines, Phil brings a unique skill set to security contracting and risk management services. Phil qualified with the international law firm DLA Piper and has advised on public sector PFI projects, corporate transactions and commercial agreements, including ten years supporting the firm’s operations in the Middle East. Phil provides a detailed knowledge of key contracting and compliance issues, working closely with Clients’ legal teams to support bespoke service contract drafting and negotiation.

Chris Bentley
Chris is an itinerant strategist, consultant and deal-maker with a background in strategic management, international M&A, and divisional line management. He’s a founding director of The Strategy Exchange, and an active non-executive director and board advisor to a number of owner-managed enterprises. He was previously director of corporate development at Mytravel Group plc and head of strategy and corporate development at Holidaybreak plc, where he also ran the adventure travel division.
James Jennings
James has extensive C-Suite experience, serving on the boards of public and private companies as well as national sports bodies and a leading charity, through which his focus has been on risk management, competitive positioning and corporate strategy.
